Steel frame fabrication & modification

We can carry out frame modification and bespoke fabrication for your custom bike builds with our in-house metal cutting, TIG and MIG welding and tube bending facilities. This can cover anything from welding in a rear "café-racer" inspired curved frame hoop to more substantial subframe changes or full prototype frame builds.

Frame modification has a serious influence to the the style, profile and safety of the custom bike build. We can commission complex CNC tube bending to really set your project apart from the rest. Serious consideration for strength, style and function are given during our design & engineering process.

Bodywork design and fabrication

With a 'hands-on' approach we can sculpt fresh unique bodywork panels integrating any key design features of the surrounding bodywork fulfilling a 'complete' and compatible design. It's attention to detail like this that will make your bike stand out from every other custom build out there! We can talk you through the options from fibreglass, carbon fibre, hand-shaped metalwork or even 3D printed panels utlising 3D scanning, surfacing and advanced prototyping techniques.

We are able model and create specific made-to-order motorcycle parts utilising some of the latest 3D CAD (computer aided design) software and prototyping methods. We can utilise our "in house" 3D scanning equipment to digitalise assemblies and design unique parts "in situe" resulting in a full cohesive design which we can then validate with our own 3D printing facilities before commisioning cnc'd parts.

Custom exhaust systems

We build our own exhaust systems in-house for our custom builds utilising pre-bent stainless steel pipework to compliment the style and function of the motorcycle. We can linish the welds to show one smooth system, or make a feature of the Tig welds, all down to personal preference.

Performance aside, the exhaust system styling can heavily impact the overall look of your bespoke motorcycle, we consider this when drafting up design concepts for your bike and relish an opportunity to be creative as part of our complete bike builds.

Wiring and and cutting-edge electronics

Simplifying and reducing complexity your bike's wiring harness has many advantages during a custom build. There are now some exciting products available from our trust suppliers Motogadget and Rebelmoto which help us streamline your motorcycles' wiring and somewhat complex and bulky out-dated systems & componentry and bring things right up to date.
