3D CAD modelling and concept generation
Modelling and creating specific made-to-order motorcycle parts in some of the latest 3D CAD (computer aided design) software and prototyping methods utilises our "in house" 3D scanning equipment to digitalise assemblies and design unique parts "in situe" resulting in a full cohesive design.
Designing in this way allows us to visualise your bespoke or customised motorcycle part, carry out design iterations and carry out functional tests for concept and quality sign-off before any prototype & validation parts are made.

Drawing on experience supporting motorcycle OEMs, prototype builds and concept vehicle projects we have been fortunate enough to work alongside several prestigious motorcycle manufacturers to build and develop low volume prototype motorcycle parts, frames & full vehicles for concept validation, investor review, functional "proof of concept" builds and specific bike launches & events/shows.

More recently we collaborated with Sam West (Motohub & TT Racer) to build 2 beautiful Ducati 916 race bikes on behalf of Prosperity Racing to take on one of the most extreme road races on the planet - Isle of Man Classic TT. The bikes were then piloted by Sam and multiple TT race winner Davey Todd during the 2025 event.
