3D CAD modelling and concept generation

We are able model and create specific made to order motorcycle parts utilising some of the latest 3D CAD (computer aided design) software and prototyping methods. 


Designing in this way allows us to visualise your bespoke or customised motorcycle part, carry out design iterations and carry out functional tests for concept and quality sign-off before any prototype & validation parts are made.

We utilise our in-house 3D printing facilities for quick physical evaluation and product design development before commissioning CNC machined parts to provide you with well engineered motorcycle components unique to your vision.

To date we have been fortunate enough to work alongside several prestigious motorcycle manufacturers (OEMs) to build and develop low volume prototype motorcycle parts, frames & full vehicles for concept validation, investor review and specific bike launches & events/shows. 


Our ability to work dynamically and proactively within tight time constraints has become key to "skunk" project success and in turn fed back into the product design cycle and production intent design decisions.
