All quotations provided by ASE Custom Motorcycles are estimates based on the information available at the time of issue. Due to the bespoke nature of custom motorcycle builds, fabrication and product development projects, additional work may be identified once a project has commenced. Any significant changes to scope, specification or requirements will be discussed and agreed with the client before additional costs are incurred.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a build slot, commence design work or begin material procurement. Progress payments may be requested throughout the duration of larger projects. Final payment must be received in full before any completed motorcycle, component, prototype or product is released to the client.
Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates. Bespoke engineering projects are subject to factors outside our control, including supplier lead times, specialist manufacturing processes, material availability and unforeseen technical challenges. ASE Custom Motorcycles will keep clients informed of significant changes to project schedules.
Where clients supply motorcycles, components or materials, ASE Custom Motorcycles accepts no responsibility for pre-existing faults, hidden defects or the suitability of supplied parts for the intended application. Additional labour required to repair, modify or replace unsuitable components may incur additional charges.
Many products and components manufactured by ASE Custom Motorcycles are one-off or low-volume bespoke items. As such, minor variations in finish, appearance or manufacturing process may occur. These variations are inherent to custom-built products and do not constitute defects.
Prototype, development and proof-of-concept projects are undertaken to evaluate design feasibility, functionality and performance. Clients acknowledge that prototype components may require multiple design iterations and that successful development outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all prototype testing remains the responsibility of the client.
All drawings, CAD models, designs, concepts, manufacturing data and development documentation produced by ASE Custom Motorcycles remain the intellectual property of ASE Custom Motorcycles unless otherwise agreed in writing. The transfer of physical products does not automatically include the transfer of design ownership, manufacturing rights or associated intellectual property.
Completed motorcycles, parts and projects should be collected within 14 days of notification unless alternative arrangements have been agreed. ASE Custom Motorcycles reserves the right to apply reasonable storage charges for projects remaining on-site beyond this period.
ASE Custom Motorcycles warrants its workmanship for a reasonable period following project completion. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, competition use, off-road use, modifications carried out by third parties, or failures relating to client-supplied components.
ASE Custom Motorcycles shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses arising from the use of any motorcycle, component, prototype or product supplied. Liability shall be limited to the value of the services provided unless otherwise required by law.
Information provided on this website is intended for general guidance only. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, specifications, services and capabilities may change without notice. Images of previous projects are provided for illustrative purposes and do not guarantee identical outcomes on future commissions.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
