Simplifying and reducing complexity your bike's wiring harness has many advantages during a custom build. There are now some exciting products available from our trust suppliers Motogadget and Rebelmoto which help us streamline your motorcycles' wiring and somewhat complex and bulky out-dated systems & componentry and bring things right up to date.
We are proud UK stockists of their equipment and by utilising the key features of the motogadget mo.unit blue as the control unit for your motorbike the heart of the entire on-board electrical system. This can be operated using Rebelmoto switchgear or by using conventional handlebar switches with the additional feature of Bluetooth connectivity which you are able to keep clean and simple or integrate even more great features such as key-less ignition and even tyre pressure monitoring!

The wiring installation process
It is worth understanding that there usually three stages to build a bespoke motorcycle wiring solution hence no "fixed" price and why we charge by the workshop hour.
The first stage is prep: getting the bike into a position where we can build a loom onto it. This can sometimes mean cleaning the bike, mounting the electrical components safely and securely (brackets, mounting points, working our component locations etc, and refurbing anything that doesn’t work). The second stage is the loom build itself, running wires, sleeving and installing suitable electrical connectors to ensure reliability and serviceability.
The final stage is when we activate the "new" wiring system and shake down any componentry used and the overall readiness to run of the motorcycle itself - subject to supplied condition to us.
Examples of some potential hiccups (depending at what stage the motorcycle is presented to us) include: carbs leaking, ignition timing needs setting, oil spurts from various orifices and potentially more "unforeseen" issues which were our of our control. This can quickly get very time consuming and often overlooked when thinking about this process.

Motorcycle harness repair & modifications
Depending on what optional extras you want to add (or even subtract) from your custom motorcycle, we can neatly and reliably modify your motorcycle wiring harness to suit these modifications or even create a new one. We have even become quite well versed in repairing butchered motorcycle wiring harness'.
